Biggest misconception ever. Another big misconception is that binge eating disorder, compulsive eating, etc, are not really eating disorders, cause you do not get really skinny. Anytime you eat in a disordered way, it’s technically an eating disorder. And in the brain, binge eating disorder looks exactly like bulimia.
